This policy reflects the current website model: canivro.com does not currently sell products directly online or take online payment.

1. No online checkout

Because this website does not process direct-to-consumer orders, there is currently no website checkout transaction for which a refund can be requested from Canivro through this site.

2. Purchases from retail partners

If you purchase a Canivro product from a retailer or stockist, any refund, exchange, return, warranty, or cancellation is handled according to that retailer’s terms and applicable law.

3. Retailer and wholesale transactions

Commercial purchases by retailers are governed by the terms agreed with Canivro Co. Sarl for the relevant transaction. Those terms should specify any applicable cancellation, return, credit, or refund arrangements.

4. Changes

If Canivro launches direct online sales in the future, this policy must be updated before checkout is enabled to state the applicable return, cancellation, refund, delivery, and consumer-rights terms.
